How to get my application Symbian Signed

Can any one help me out to use the AppTestLite tool.
I need to symbian sign my appliction....
it wld be gr8 help if anyone can help me out in doing the same.
It wld be of gr8 help if anyone can mail me out the procedure for the signing and the tool use.
