How could know the app launch is ready?

I am launching a app from my app using 'Cpacommandline', the question is how could my app get informing when the launched app is ready and its UID is available on tasklist?

Actually the process of launching app takes about one minute, so my problem is I could not get its UID from tasklist after launching immediately, and then without id found I could not next action.

Thats rather a long time, and it definetely should not take that long, so maybe you could optimize it a bit. Anyway, the process at least should be able to be found when your application starts.. So look for the process with your application process name.
