Problem open the zip file

I recently downloaded di NokiaToolkit file (.zip), but I can't extract it. Because I don't want to download again the file (14.8 mb !), I would like to know if somebody of you had the same problem.

Verify the size of the file - be sure you are looking at bytes!. Mine is 15557308 bytes. The first download attempt yielded a smaller file that didn't extract. I re-fetched it and was able to extract it.
