anyone care to share or provide some reading materials?

Ya the study materials is very few on this topic I'm also looking for the same thing and having lots of doubts like how to make final content for mobile if we are making dynamic wallpaper then we are unable to see without emulator is it any way to send some one this .swf application....

when you say encryption standards you are referring to https or to DRM?

Https is supported in FL, OMA DRM can also be applied to FL content
