how to send UCS character

Many language variants of phones support showing its own language
range of unicode characters. Even though the phone does not support
showing of characters it would be possible to see them with proper
application.

How can we send unicode characters.
Is the dependent feature if yes how can i conform that unicode feature is not available in these models.
