6360 Does recognize connection using DAU-9P cable

Although this cable worked great using FoneSync and my previous 6160. The PCSuite offers this as a connection option but will not see the phone.
Is there something I am missing.

Have same exact experience. Using FoneSync and DAU-9p, my computer "sees" my previous 6160. Nokia says that 6360 has software problem that they're working to fix.

As far as i know the 6360 is only compatible with the DLR-3P serial cable. However i recently obtained one of these but it seems my computer cannot detect my phone. I have tried both com ports and i checked my BIOS to make sure they were enabled.
