cell id bug in 3rd ed?

Hi.

Can anyone successfully retrieve the cell id in 3rd edition devices using CTelephony and Etel3rdParty? I constantly get cell ID value zero 0. However, the network info request seems to complete successfully.

I am using Location capability and signing with symbiansigned open on-line on an N95.

Before diving into debugging I would like to understand if this is a bug. I have seen this wiki entry: http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph..._network_usage
which is similar to my problem, except that it only refers to situation in which there is active network usage, while I have the problem all the time.
