How to send request using soap envelope in the SubmitL api.

Hi
I am new to symbian word. I have to use WS-I web service framework in my S60 application. In that I have to send request using SubmitL api. But for WS-I framework it takes request as CSenSoapEnvelope. There is an example in SDK, but that uses ID-WSF framework. Can any one tell me about any example code how to do it.
