I've read the smart messaging faq. but there it stated about type of address when writng tpdu 7-bit data. What does it mean by international address using ISDN? Is the number is fixed; regardless where i am?

International format is [+] [country code] [area code] [subscriber number] where as + sign is for international access and areacode without leading zero. So here is an example + 358 50 5555555.
