    Hi All,

I am trying to install self sign sis file on my device. I am getting this message "Required application access not granted". I searched in forum and found that this is problem due to capability problem.

I have this capability in my .mmp.
CAPABILITY LocalServices UserEnvironment ReadUserData WriteUserData NetworkServices NetworkControl WriteDeviceData.

I think I can use this capability with self sign

    Please reply any one.

sure, just remove NetworkControl & WriteDeviceData and you can self-sign it.

There are two options for you:
    - verify the PKG file yourself, making sure that you understand every line of it and its impact in the process
    - post *.pkg and *.mmp file here so people can actually see what you are doing wrong.

There is no psychic on duty today so remote sensing cannot be applied in your case.

There are several problems discussed in this thread, which one is the same as yours? Have you followed the advice given for it earlier?

Arumilli: you are progressing well in your other thread (http://discussion.forum.nokia.com/fo...d.php?t=135755). Unfortunately the SymbianSigned site is not famous for its stability, just keep trying - you can also experiment with multiple browsers, though I am not sure about that.
