Beginning Wap

Hope someone can help me, I am looking to start to learn to write WAP pages an am in need of some pointers. I am a Graphic Designer who has been putting HTML pages together for about a year and a half using Dreamweaver, I picked up quite a bit of HTML from that and some ASP from our tech guy, I now want to explore where WAP is going so if anyone can offer me any tip's or advice URL etc I would be most gratful,

Try webmonkey.com to start with - enter "WML" into the search box. They pretty much cover everything you need to get started.
