Find Nearest Mobile Bluetooth Device

There is any python code to find nearest mobile bluetooth device , condition is if nearest user mobile bluetooth is in OFF mode also...application can able to find device?..........is it possible?...........

if the mobiles bluetooth device is switch off then how can you detect that device. you have to use any other way of communicating with other mobile.

really sorry but i think its not possible in PyS60 to detect a bluetooth device when the bluetooth is off.
but again its a assumption. keep searching or strike out some other way to detect the device.
