Problem in creating Sis file?

Hi
when i change my application setting from Deb_s60_31_WINSCW to Rel_S60_31_GCCE , i got the error
Error : Cannot find file : C:\Symbian\9.2\S60_3rd_FP1\Epoc32\release\gcce\UREL\MKISlib.lib
C:\SymbianProjects\MKISApp\MKISlib\MKISlib\sis\MKISlib.pkg(17) : error: file I/O fault.

and error located in mkislib.pkg file

please help me.

Well, the file C:\Symbian\9.2\S60_3rd_FP1\Epoc32\release\gcce\UREL\MKISlib.lib does not exist and you should not copy it to the phone anyway.
