Cached GPS data

Hi, My GPS application will use the previously cached position data when there is no GPS satellties available but I do not know why. Can someone help me with this? Thank you!

That is propably normal, since you get the old position first, and after it you'll get zero values. For help check how the old result is shown in grey color with onr of the Wiki examples: http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...ng_Example.zip

This Application wont use the last-known position when it starts up, source code here.

When there is no GPS data available you will get KNaN values for the coordinates. You have to check your program to see how it handles these updates and what it does if these values are received.

You have to start a special query to get the last known prosition from the position provider.
