Run app after installation

Hi all,
I want my application to run/startup automatically after installation of the jar file. I've read in the forum that this is possible with .sis files with the FR/RI tags (i think!). Is it possible similarly with .jar files? I've seen this happen in SonyEricsson devices, but with Nokia and Motorola, after installation, I have to go to the Menu and launch the app.

With Java Midlets, its not possible to auto start after installation in the currently available Nokia phones.
