OPEN SIGNING problem

I try to OPEN SIGN this file "PythonForS60_1_3_22_3rdEd_unsigned_freedevcert.SIS" but symbiansign.com pop a message saying "FAILURE: Submitted .sis file uses a UID that is not allocated to the account holder matching this email address (0xf0201516 )"

How to sign this kind of file?

I want the file to be included on my compiled SIS.

Please help again.

This is because the UID is in not in the specified range.
The solution is use the randomly generated UID for the SIS file using ensymble. Then the created file can be signed using Opensigned Online.

Protected range UID usage might be the reason. Rest..the message is self-explainatory

Can I change the UID of PythonForS60_1_3_22_3rdEd_unsigned_freedevcert.SIS so that i can MERGESIS with my other SIS and then OPEN SIGN it online?

According to this thread you can use Sisinfo to change UIDs.
