How can i get emulator for S60v3

I searched in the internet.
But there seems only Python SDK for s60v1 and v2.
So I wonder how can I test a script for s60v3 in my pc.
I am a new guy in s60 world and I am looking forword your answer.

thank u very much and I got the file.
but there is another thing that i am using Linux operation system --Ubuntu.
I checked the zip file and it was for windows.
I wonder if there is some emulator for Linux.

Currently there are no Linux SDKs available. Sorry.
