Want to know about Telephone call

Hi,
I am new to symbian dev, i want to develop an applicaiton that monitor the incoming and outgoing calls and will be able to cancel the incoming and outgoing calls if required, so please some one tell me where to start, will CTelephony API support me? if yes then how?

check CTelephony api it provides all the things that you many require regarding handling of a call.

CTelophny uses in S60 2nd sdk FP3,S60 3rd sdk and newer version.
