getLocalAddress() throw exception

Hi,All:
I have writen a socket demo which could run on the emulator and my nokia device.But when run on the SAMSung L168,I find that the application always throws
an exception when executes "String localAddr=sc.getLocalAddress();"
Could Anybody help me to find the reason? I will appreciate very much.

What is the exact Exception you get when running that code?

The exception is java.io.IOException.I cannot understand why this exception occurs?
