Mobile to Mobile udp messaging

When i send message from mobile to other mobile, it is not received by that mobile. But when i send message from computer to mobile and vice versa,messages received on both sides. Now what is the problem,i am not understanding. i have done udp hole punching.

What kind of bearer do you use? In case of WLAN it should work. In any other case it usually will not work.

i am using packet data. i mean gprs. now what would be the solution.

There are several possible obstacles. Network operators usually assign private IP addresses, and sometimes they block internal routing between private addresses in addition. You can check if the operator offers assigning "normal" IP addresses for a higher fee perhaps.
I think your PC->mobile UDP packet was a reply to a previous mobile->PC packet, and your PC has a globally unique IP address, which makes the difference.

My pc is also behind a router.the problem is something else bcoz i have tried it on many pc's.plz let me know the prblem bcoz i have to submit my project on friday.

A router is a router, and NAT (Network Address Translation) is NAT. While NAT can not exist without a router, router can exist without NAT. So if your PC can be accessed from "outside", it has either a fully public IP, or at least some port-forwarding has been configured on the router. I would vote for the first one (public IP), since you would have probably heard about these things if the second one (port-forwarding) would be involved.
