How to join S60 PCC ?

hi there

does anyone know how you become a member of the S60 PCC. From the web site I can not find enough details.

http://www.s60.com/business/community/pcc says "The members are chosen, in cooperation with Symbian and S60 OEM-licensees".

To make your company a candidate, I imagine it'd help if you were a Symbian Platinum Partner and had some evidence/achievements/products to make you notable in the eyes of Nokia, Symbian and whomever is the S60 OEM Licensee.

The page also lists "descriptions on each category's special skills" being sought at the bottom.
