How in Nokia 7650 to make a call on a card (for example as it has been made in model Nokia 6150 - a call on card D in section Calling card)?

I am not sure if I understood you correctly but do you want to know how to initiate a phone call from a WAP page? You can do it with Nokia 7650 by using the WTAI Public Library function MakeCall.
