what does the following mean in fact? are there an qualitiy issues?

All contributions must be shared through one of the following Mobile Web Server resources:

Hi, it means that the contribution has to be visible in one of those forums. So if you are doing an application, share it on MOSH and send the link as your contribution to us. Likewise just an insightful Forum post can be your contribution, or a Wiki article. Hope this helps!
