Is a CA certificate delivered with the Nokia WAP phone?

Currently, there are no Nokia WAP phones with preinstalled CA certificates, so the users must download CA certificates over the air. Terminals support certificates of the special WTLS type [see the WTLS specification if information on the format is needed] for which there has also been reserved a special MIME-type. There is a feature in the browser settings menu that allows the user to perform management actions on CA certificates downloaded over the air.
