Sign Sis with TC Trust Center

First, I bought Certificate from "TC Trust Center". Then, I got "XXX.cer" and "XXX.key". Afterwards, I bring them to sign my symbian sis file and check my signed-sis with below command

createsis dump HelloWorld3rd.sisx

Primary:
Issued by TC TrustCenter Class 2 L1 CA III.
Issued to Mobile.
Valid from 22/05/2008 to 22/05/2009.

and recheck my signed sisx with tool "VerifySymbianSigned_25_05_2007.exe"

Then, I send my sisx to my mobile phone N71 (Time in N71 is in between 22/05/2008 and 22/05/2009) but I cannot install it. I got error "Certificate Error. Contact the application supplier!!!".

So, I am reluctant to go to the next step "Submit my PublisherID signed application SIS file to symbiansigned.com portal for testing"

Does anyone has experience successfully install sis file in mobile phone(signed by Publisher ID)?

In contrary, If I change key from PublisherID to Developer Certificate, my sis app can install into phone correctly. Below is output from tool "VerifySymbianSigned_25_05_2007.exe"

How symbiansigned.com can test my sis file if I send my PublisherID signed application SIS file to symbiansigned.com?

Well, don't worry about that, just submit your sis file as instructed in the Symbian Signed guide.
