Capabilities initial message

Hi,

I have seen in the new version 3.0.1 of the Symbian Signed Test Criteria that the message of the capabilities used in the application is not mandatory to be signed. Is this correct? or Is this message mandatory?

Application has to be signed definitely. what it signifies that, it is not mandatory to show the capability of the application to the user. But please make it confirmed from Test house b4 you go for final testing.
