text to voice using j2me

hi

i am trying to develop text to voice using j2me(already customize api specification jsr-113 ).but my program wont generate voice because program return null with voice engine generation.
can any body help me
(Motivation i am using nokia 3110 classic phone good enough to listen to my voice and compare with voice tag and dial to corresponding phone no)

Please check whether your device supports JSR 113.
As u have specified u can find your device specifications from here.

3110 not support to JSR 113. but according to my motivation factor there should be some way to achive my target ( because function part already there in phone itself) i want to know any information abt low level information about the "how it work"

Without an explicit support for JSR 113, even if the phone has some text-to-speech functionality, you'll not be able to access it. So, in the best case you'll have to handcode all the text-to-speech logic from the grounds up.

I'm also looking to develop an application for recognition and voice synthesis text to mobile devices using j2me. But I have not got the API. (JSR-113). I found the API implementation of JSR-113 (FreeTTS). But this is for desktop. Can someone help me indicating where I can get the API for J2ME?
