Allow/Deny application to use HTTP

Hello,

I want to develop an application that will allow/deny some of the applications installed on phone to access internet connections.

Is possible to develop such an application using S60 3rd Ed SDK?

That is not possible with public SDK-s. In fact I would guess that it would not be possible at all without major modifications to the affected protocol modules and/or the Socket Server itself.
