I originally wrote this for three purposes:
  • Needed light at evening/night (white or blue color)
  • Wanted to signal someone (red color) and
  • Just for fun (color cycle)


Lately I found out that I need to know color RGB for development purposes. I could and did search google every now and then, even printed a few papers, but it was too much trouble. Therefore I modified the script to show RGB values on demand (press # to toggle numbers on and off).

I don't really like to use software, but I love to design & write it. What's even better is to write software tools, which can be used to make some other software
