Hangup crush app when still dialing...why?

i use iTelephony->Hangup(iStatus, iCallId);
( same iCallId i send to DialNewCall()...)
if the other side already answer then it's working
but when it's not answer it, and it's ringing,
then the phone call is ended but olso my application)-:

well i try to use CancelAsync( CTelephony::EDialNewCallCancel );
but it's also crush...
