Is this normal with 7650 SDK 0,3 beta

When I'm trying to debug my program with VC++ debugger it takes over 15 minutes to launch the emulator and I get this kind of information into output window:

Is this normal or is there something wrong?

The debug window output is normal but the 15 min is not.
On my comp this takes about 10 secs. (450 P II)

Try to reinstall the SDK.
