Developing under linux

Hi all, this my first post to introduce myself and try to share what I did to manage to make the putools dev tool to work under linux.

I use obexftp myself.
obexftp -b ADDRESS -c E: -c Python -p myscript.py

Where address is the bluetooth address of my phone. In practice I keep editor and a terminal open. ctrl-s save in editor, alt-tab to terminal, cursor_up recall last command, enter. Grab phone, run script, look at exceptions, change in editor, repeat process.

Has anyone got tips on how to do it using IP?
Just being able to syncing files over IP
would be a nice start...

It would be great.

Anyway I found developing with putools very easy. You have direct access to the python console from the pc and you can sync your scripts from there. Then you just need a reload to reload the file you sync'd
