HowToGet the "legal agreements between the developer and Nokia" (to use manufacturer?

Hi,

I submit my application(with manufacturer capabilites) to Mphasis for "Certified Signed " via http://nokia.symbiansigned.com


but my application was rejected,because I "do not have the legal agreements between the developer and Nokia"

How To get the "legal agreements between the developer and Nokia"?


could anyone give me a contact from nokia who in charge of this kind of business?

This is the ErrorMsg that describe why my application submited was rejected:

- During basic check, we observed your application required DRM, AllFiles and you defined platform UID in PKG file.

According to the Criteria, if application requires some of the following sensitive capabilities: TCB and/or DRM, applications that require TCB and/or DRM can be installed to Nokia S60 3rd Edition devices or to certain devices according to the legal agreement between the developer and Nokia. Installation can be limited to one or several devices as long as the rules mentioned above are valid. (Using script in .pkg file: If...else).

So please define the supported device UID in PKG file. If your application support all S60 devices, could you please kindly provide your agreement with Nokia or confirmation mail from you Nokia contact which shows your application can be published on All Nokia S60 3rd Edition Devices to us?

Do you have a legal agreement setup with Nokia to use DRM and AllFiles?

In addition, your pkg file needs to read after the vendor name

badmanufacturer.txt could contain "This application is only designed for Nokia Series 60 devices."
