6210/6310 memory architecture

I'm using the SDK to program the 6210 and 6310 phones but can't work how the phone memory is organised. Are there any documents available with this kind of background information? The documents in the SDK seem to assume a prior knowledge of the handset architecture.

Unfortuately Forum Nokia do not this kind of documentation for public use. However you can find examples and knowledge about how to access contact etc. information by using SDK
