Some Q about sdk 1.0 and the emulator

Hi,
1) Previously (sdk 0.9) all build applications went in an 'other' folder, with the new emulator, applications go in the 'main pane' or 'main screen'
2) when I run my app under the emulator, I receive a 'system error' and my app doesn't seem to run (it worked find under sdk 0.9) (I have done the bldmake .. the abld ... and recompile under the new sdk), is there something else to do ???
Now I am obliged to re-install 0.9 in order to continue my development ...
