Create the .sis file and
sign it with a trusted certificate and key:

signsis.exe mytest.sis mytest_signed.sis <certificate> <key>
example:
RUN
CMD
GO TO PATH: E:\_NOKIA\Symbian\Carbide\Workspace\mytest
an execute....
signsis.exe mytest.sis mytest_signed.sis
E:\_NOKIA\Symbian\Carbide\Workspace\My.cer
E:\_NOKIA\Symbian\Carbide\Workspace\My.key......???..OK

It's OK if you have not defined password. Otherwise use password as a last parameter.

Based on your previous posts very much doubt that you have a trusted certificate (devcert). But yes, signsis is the tool you use to sign a sis file with the certificate you have.
