I wrote a simple program which should play a WAV file upon pressing each key. But it does not work properly: I can't hear the sound immediately after pressing the key, I have to wait up to 3 seconds!

The file plays fine if it's played without user intervention (keypress).

I found out that, keeping the speaker really (REALLY REALLY) close to my ear, when I click a key I hear its beep... followed by 3 seconds of a very very very low beep, at the end of which I hear my WAV file!

I also tried editing a profile which suppresses keyboard tones, with no luck.

I'm using a nokia 6680 with Pys60 1.4.1

Is this a known bug?

Does it exist any solution?
