GPRS problem: 3510i 'GPRS connecttion not available'

I have a 3510i and have installed the settings to connect to GPRS via text and activated these settings. However, i always get this message when i attempt to go online, have i not selected something on the phone or is it something that i need to do with the network, or is the phone working incorrectly. I can connect to conventional GSM Wap ok just not GPRS. Any ideas?

you should contact to your service provider to verify that the possibility to GPRS connection is activated.
