bluetooth Time out

hi i want to add time out for bluetooth of my mobile.
means when i click send it will become on and after specific time it will get shut down automatically.

i am having nokia 6600 and i checked there is no any internal facility (time out).
so in my python program how can i add this ? is it possible?

can we monitor mobiles internal functionality as mentioned above?
