Symbian Signed - Failure

Im trying to get Flip Silent signed through Symbian but everytime I go through the signing process of uploading the file to them I get the following message FAILURE:Network communication failure. PLease try again

Any ideas as its driving me nuts! Using Explorer, low security etc.

They are still working on this issue...
