Problem sent SI message to 8310

Hi,
I sent a SI message to a 8310 phone. The 8310 phone don't react. I send the same PDU to a 6310 phone and the message is displayed.
Two phones have the same configuration.

The PDU :

0B
91
xxxx Phone number
00
15
......

1 ) Can you tell me is the 8310 phone need another configuration or PDU?

2) Can I send a flash SI message to a phone ?

1) There can be different kind of implementations in different phone models how they handle these messages. You don't have to use different kind of messages to different phones.
2) I suggest that you use class 1 for SI messages. Since they may not go correctly handled to the browser if you use class 0(flash).
