I have a 7650, how can you read the backed up messages as seen on the phone

I have a 7650, I have backed up my data vir IR and the Data suite,

(I can't get the data suite to work with my bluetooth card, but thats another problem)

I have found my backed up messages but when the file is opened in notepad (MS Windows) The message can be seen within some headers and footers, but what i want is the whole message including details (sender, time and date) so that i can put them into a database...

Please help
