6360 and the PC Suite

I have Outlook XP and the PC Suite 4.4. When I first ran the sync app, I asked for all details. However, only some of my contacts were sent to the phone. Then, I ran it with Name and Number and all of my contacts were sent. Then, I ran it again with all details and sure enough all of my contacts were there with their information. After further scrutiny, however, the data is inconsistent. Some contacts show their correct address, others show "USA", and others show "United States of America". Needless to say this is frustrating!! Any help would be appreciated!

Oh, also, has anyone been able to access the 6360 via the SDK and download/update the phonebook?. All I ever get is an automation error.
