problem using s60_v2_FP2 SDK

hi friends
i m new to software developement for mobile devices . I have installed s60v2 FP2 skd but im unable to follow instrusctions as 'makmake' command is not recognised by the command line.

please help me. also i tried to tnstall theme studio but it gives error.

i m using Windows Vista Home Premium.
