freetype.dll and open font system

hi All
I want to use the open font system with series 60
but I can't find the dll FreeType.dll within the SDK
I read some where it should exist on folder
RELEASE\WINS\UDEB\Z\SYSTEM\FONTS
but it's not there is that mean it's no longer supported?
if it's supported where can I download the freetype.dll for Symbian OS

the freetype.dll provided with 9200 will work well for 7650 as well
