Hi. Is it possible to develop a mobile commerce application, without really using a real terminal, but some sort of a terminal emulator on a PC?

Hello!

Yes, this would be possible. Unfortunately, none of the simulators used with the Nokia Mobile Internet Toolkit 3.1, has Wallet application. WIM (Wireless Identity Module) is supported and can be used with Nokia Mobile Browser 3.0.1 simulator. For more information about this, please see the Toolkit Users Guide on page 13.
