Ringtone

When i create by Nokia PC Composer one ringtone and save as .tto i can't transfer this ringtone to my phone. I have Windows 2000 Pro SP3.
My phone is a 3360. The message is "Setting Ringing tune failed. Tune Unusable".

What i need?
