human voice in midi

I want to send a human voice record to a mobile phone as midi as polyphonic.

is it possible that encoding human voice in midi format?

Hello!

MIDI language is used to instruct some specified instrument in some specified note. Instruments are hard coded to instrument bank. This bank can't be changed in the terminal. Therefore you can't have a "human voice instrument".
