[How] can I use CSendAs for Bluetooth and infrared

I saw some mentionings about possibility to use CSendAs for Bluetooth (and infrared) - just add it to your menu. I guess it should be something like that available, as most applications require "standard" functionality, nothing special...
However, I could not find any documentation, examples, help: how to use it with Bluetooth and infrared?
