unable to open default database

I have created a file contacts.cdb in the path C:\Symbian\9.2\S60_3rd_FP1\Epoc32\winscw\c\system\data\ contacts.cdb,but while opening it is showing error -Error in opening default database.

Can you be more specific?
How exactly do you open the contact database?
Also in 9.x, default database is in contact model private directory, therefore the path you wrote down is incorrect
